Each of the following Policies are required for the purposes of your EULA with The Always. The EULA wording is available at https://thealways.co/end-user-license-agreement.
Each of the capitalised terms used in the Policy documents has the meaning provided in the EULA, unless specifically noted otherwise.
Pricing Schedule (policy document)
Pricing for each order will be as published on the Website from time to time.
We may vary prices for some or all Products from time to time. The prices published by us apply to all orders made (including repeat orders processed in a Subscription).
Subscriptions will be billed monthly from the day of initial billing (for example, if your subscription was purchased on 5th June, you will be billed next on 5th July, then 5th August, etc).
Shipping is not included unless specifically noted otherwise.
For one-off orders shipping is calculated at checkout. We use real time carrier rates to calculate shipping at checkout.
If changes are made to a Subscription before the billing date, the updated costs (if applicable) will be applied to the next order and payment. If changes are made to a Subscription after the billing date, the updated costs (if applicable) will be applied to the next months’ payment.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
Orders will be processed and dispatched once payment is processed. In the event payment is not processed successfully (e.g. expired credit card), the order will not ship until payment has been received in full.
Delivery dates and times of Products cannot be guaranteed and will be dependent on the carrier.
We currently service Queensland metro and rural, Victoria metro and New South Wales metro only. We will look to expand areas we service in the near future. Please check this policy from time to time for current delivery areas.
Changes to your subscription can be done at any time. If changes are made before the billing date, they will be applied to the next order that we process. If changes are made on or after the billing date, they will be applied to the following order that we process.
