No. The items that come in a Dental Essentials box and the Top-Up box are set. However gloves can be added on-top of subscription orders.
You can order one or several boxes suitable for your clinic that gets billed and delivered monthly. Subscriptions come with free shipping.
An Always subscription is an order containing one or several Dental Essential boxes or TopUp boxes that are delivered on a monthly basis. You can choose to have a single one-off order of the Top-Up box to add to your initial order as a buffer.
Customers can pause or cancel their subscription any time. If done before the next billing date, your upcoming order will not ship. If done after the billing date, your next order will ship and the subsequent order will not. There are no additional fees to pause or cancel.
If you’re running short of items, you can update your order by logging into your account. Any changes will be applied to your next order (depending on when the change is applied).
Always is an independent company founded by Dr Lok Tsang, a dentist and entrepreneur.
All Always orders include all the items you’ve ordered. We don’t allow backorders.

No, Always specialises in bundling commonly used, every-day dental practice disposables.
It depends on a few factors, like your location. Orders are packed and shipped the next day. When it arrives will depend on location and courier.
Yes, you can. You just need to make sure this is done 48 hours before your next shipment date. To do so, update your details in your account settings.
If your order didn’t arrive, first check your shipment tracking details via your account. If that doesn’t help, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will be with you as soon as possible.

At this point we only deliver to Australian locations.
Shipping is included in the subscription.
All invoices and order receipts are electronic and can be found in your account. After each order, an invoice is emailed to you.
Yes. To pause your next shipment, you just need to give 48 hours notice. There are no minimum timeframes for pausing. You can pause and unpause shipments via your accounts page.
